I can't see them, but look at this website and see if the lesions look like the ones on here....click on the VIDEO part of the site and watch it, and it will show what the possible ';pimples'; look like as the MD talks. Go to

www.molluscum.com. If it doesn't look like those lesions, take your daughter to here pediatrician this week and let them look at her lesions. Why does my five year old daughter have multiple pimple like bumps on her upper arms? Please help!!!?
Could be an allergy - most likely to whole milk. Try switching to one percent milk. But still, ask your pediatrician too.
my whole family has the same thing they are red and look like zits but cant not be poped or anything. We went to are doctor and he said to was them really good with soap and a rag and take vitimun C. mine have gone mostly away but it is lack og C that does it. it a build of of some kinda but nothing of any danger
KERATOSIS PILARIS. Look it up!
she could have egzima (spelling i think is wrong) its like a skin rash u should get it checked
i have the same problem. my problem is caused by a not so serious allergy of dairy products. it is called eczama. u should ask her if it itches. if it does u will have to get a special cream from her doctor to stop the itching. i dont think there is a cure but if that is what it is then try cutting dairy out of her diet if possible.
It could be Keratosis Pilaris.

Keratosis pilaris is a common skin disorder characterized by small, pointed pimples. The pimples usually appear on the upper arms, thighs, and buttocks. The condition worsens in the winter and usually clears up in the summer. Keratosis pilaris has no known cause, but tends to run in families.

Treatment for keratosis pilaris:

Usually no treatment is necessary for keratosis pilaris, since it normally clears up by itself. Treatment may include:

1. using petroleum jelly with water, cold cream, or salicylic acid (which removes the top layer of skin) to flatten the pimples.

2. using a tretinoin cream (a drug which is chemically related to vitamin A).
i cannot remember what the dr. called it my son gets those .the dr. said it was from there bed sheets how they sleep the sheets ruband do that.
Maybe you don't dry her underarms well enough after her shower and the moister clogs up the pores. painful! put warm towel hopefully the liquid will come out? I'm just guessing still a trip to the doctors is the best especially if she shows other symptoms if not just keep putting the warm wet cloth until the liquid comes out. It stinks! just to let you know.
If she was playing outside in tall grass it could be chiggers.

That symptom is common for a lot of different ailments. If it persists, you should take her to a doctor, but if it is minor, and looks like it gets better after a few days, then no worries.

www.webmd.com may be able to provide more ailments that match the symptoms.
My niece had a small pimple around the bridge of her nose when she was 4 or so. Probably something genetic.
