Please give us a little more detail:
-where on your body? face, back, arms?
-how large are the bumps about?
-how long have you had them?
-do you have any allergies to anything you ate/touched recently?

Edit: It is probably nothing, if it stays for over 2 weeks or is causing you considerable pain then you can go and see a doctor. It will probably heal within a week from when you got it or so.
