It's probably just a pimple or ingrown hair - you can get them anywhere on your body. Could be a skin tag. If it is it will have to be frozen off, just like a wart. I hope it isn't herpes...Look at picks online and go to a doctor if it doesn't get better in 2 to 4 days.
Sounds like boil or an ingrown hair. It will run its course....
