if it's on your forehead, although it's a bit of a stretch, you can put a band-aid on it, and say you hit your head. If it's high enough on your forehead, you can even cover it with your bangs... if you have bangs.

i use a really hot rag and put it on the pimple.works fast just rum hot water on a rag and place on the pimple doesnt take long at all.
