He means that you don't get pimples til puberty. Normally you don't, but puberty often starts before menarche(your first period) However, you can get them at younger ages because everyones body is different. The current age at which you can start and be 'normal' is actually eight. So girls are getting periods (and acne) at much younger ages.
It could also be rosecea, but the only way to tell is to go see a dermatologist(skin doctor). General practicioners aren't always trained to tell the difference.I am a 12 years old girl and i have some pimple like spots on my skin.?

You can get pimples at any age--even babies can get a blocked pore...yuck.
wash your face and drink lots of water.
maybe you have some kind of rash or allergic reaction

At the age of 11 you may start seeing small oily spores on your nose. It is nothing to worry about. You can go to a spa for consultation. They can teach you how to take care of your skin to clean it. How ever you don't need to start using any spa products at this age.
If you want to learn how to? All you have to ask your mom to help you out. You can take steam for 2 min. to clean your pores . and seal with oil free moisturizer.

1st of all get GRAMMAR, it's this thing people use to talk normally...and not to be rude but it's one pimple get over it, it's part of life, if it was something really bad he would have said so
