There's a very good chance you have genital herpes. The usual way to contract this is by receiving oral sex from someone who has a cold sore. EDIT: I stand by my answer. I know about Fordyce spots, but they are small, white and painless and do not look like pimples. If these bumps hurt and are red they could be genital herpes, which can be contracted from a cold sore during oral sex. Other STDs also present as red bumps in early stages. With no other information to go on, an examination to rule out STDs is needed. The description leaves open the possibility that they could be more serious than simple bumps.
condoloma, I know I did not spell it right but talk to your doctor it is a sexual disease and it is also a virus that never goes away and can spread to your rectum and testis, it shall get larger and darker and is contagious, you will need medicated cream and laser surgery to have it remove, it is a never ending story, sorry pal and I aint woofin!
