a couple days ago my tongue was hurting on one side and i looked in the mirror and there was a bump with pus in the middle. i drained the pus and it got better in a couple days. my friend said it was a pimple but i didn't think you could get a pimple on your tongue. and yes i brush my teeth my mouth is not dirty.Can you get a pimple on your tounge?

that is known as a tongue ulcer.

It might be that you accidentally bitted your tounge and it got infected, Or it could be a pimple.
