2 inches or so below my BB, there is a huge (size of a dime) pimple, with a little white nipple - puss - trying to seep out. It's one of the most painful and disgusting things I've ever had.
Would there be any quick remedies for it, especially for the pain.

Popping is good, especially if it had a white head. ewwwww. Is it peirced??? anyway, Tea tree oil is amazing. U can use it for like any type of blemish. lil bit goes a long way, maybe dab it three times daily. good luck ;)Huge Pimple under Belly Button?
it could be a boil from an ingrown hair
it sounds like it is ready to pop
keep the area clean, drain it if you can
apply antibiotic ointment such as polysporin to the site and keep it covered with gauze
No popping is bad unless you dont mind the pain and getting a scar.
