It may be a tumor. Keep watch at it. Washing it was fine but it probably didn't help. It was a nice gesture though. It may also be a growth. If it inter fears with her vision, diet or health, then take her to the vet. I hope she feels betterMy pet rat has a pimple like bump near its eye.?
Well, how old is your rat...they are known for getting tumors as they age.
Just keep an eye on it- if it grows fast, or interferes with her vision, see what a vet can do to get rid of it and do a biopsy.
