What to do with this pimple?

Hi. I know you're not supposed to pop or pick at them so I left this one. It's been there for 2 weeks now. It's really big and filled with pus but luckily the top isn't really white so people can't tell. I know its filled with pus though cause you can tell if you touch it. Anyway, am I supposed to pop this? How do I make it go away? My other pimples have shrinked or vanished but this one hasn't changed for a week now. What do I do?

DO NOT USE TOOTHPASTE!!!! I used it once and it created the darkest spot ever. If your gonna try it-do it on a pimple that isn;t in the middle of your face, so that if it does stain it won't look so bad. If it works for you, then I would try it on the pimple your describing, if it doesn't-don't ever use this method.





Honestly what you supposed to do is leave them alone, but I;ve noticed when i do this they still stain-since the pus isn't visible I would wait on picking it. As soon as you see the pus coming to the surface (aka visible to people) pick it. Make sure to use antibacterial soap or whatever you use on your face once you picked it to kill any bacteria that may have spread. Good luck.
No, don't pop it! Pimples you pop are more likely to scar. Try keeping a bandage over itso you're not likely to touch it, at least when you're not in public and stuff. Also, Bye Bye Blemish works REALLY well to clear up bad pimples You can get it in most drug stores or grocery stores.

Get some benzoyl peroxide and kill that sucka. I don't think it's a cyst..does it look like a cyst? If it has lasted for so long, I think it could be a cyst, a cyst cyst or cystic acne. Do not touch it, put medicine over it...it will take at least one more week to go away.
A Dermatologist can inject it with a steroid and it will go away quickly. A very small needle and you will have a much smaller pimple in a day. Usually it won't return in that spot and the steroid will minimize the scarring. Good luck.
Take a hot shower or bath and gently massage it towards the surface of the skin. If it is embedded, it can difficult to excise. Be patient so as not to rupture it below the skin.
put toothpaste on it and leave it till it dries then re-apply, then wash it, pop it and put more on it and sleep with it

Are you sure it's not a bug bite? If you are, have you tried Proactiv Solution? Their mask works wonders on stubborn pimples.
