A pimple? How do you define pimple?
Is this pimple just a fleshy bump that feels painful? Is there pus in it?
Is it just a fleshy bump that is painless, pus-less, and doesn't change in appearance?
Because I don't know what you mean by ';pimple'; and that there are a jillion different terms for different skin growths (wart, mole, cyst, vesicle, papule, pustule, nodule, tumor, etc.) you should go to a dermatologist to have it checked out just to be sure.
To answer your question, yes it is possible to some kind of bump or growth that (I guess) is unchanging. It be pretty harmless like a mole but it could be human papiloma virus (i.e., HPV or genital warts).
DON'T freak out. According to the CDC, in America tens of millions of people are infected with HPV. CDC estimates more that half of all adolescents and about three-fourths of older adults 65 yo have HPV. Drugs like Valtrex have been proven effective to help greatly minimize outbreaks.
But, yeah, get it checked out by a dermatologist.
