its easy ya! jest put a black paint on it.
Move to a planet that view them in this manner, other than that, I'd run to the nearest department store's beauty counter. There is a line of products that have a zit-blaster. it takes a day, but the redness goes away and the zit disappears.

Paint is too obvious, if its an emergency use a dark brown liner pencil. Brown is a natural color, black looks like a skin problem...





And was your face with a good cleanser (Clean and clear), and use astringint. Do that twice a day religiously, and you wont get pimples.
The best thing to do would be to clean it, if you try to cover it up with make-up or as some said a marker your just going to make it worse and possibly infected. Just wash your face and use a OTC acne medicine it will be gone in no time.
