I have small red pimple-like bumps on my upper arms. What is this?

They don't hurt and they are very small....but if I try to pop one, a small amount of stuff comes out....These ';bumps'; are on both arms....but they are tiny and generally don't have whiteheads. So I don't think they are pimples. But all together, it looks like a rash on my white skin. It is weird, and my best friend has the same thing. They don't bother me and they aren't scaly, just tiny red bumps.

They're Keratosis Pilaris, which are very common. No need to worry. There are creams you can use to get rid of them, but the best thing I've found is an exfoliating bar from Lush called Buffy. It has rice, almonds and some kind of beans in it along with cocoa butter. It's expensive at $9.95 for the 3.3oz bar, but I swear this stuff works.

Small, pimple-like bumps on both your arms... They don't hurt... That sounds like a minimal case of Keratosis pilaris. I'm pretty sure it's nothing to worry about; it could go away completely in a few years. But if it really bothers you, there are, like... moisturizing cremes and stuff like that.
are you in the sun often??? and it may be a small reaction to the type of clothes that you are wearing. oh you may have bed bugs
sounds like an STD....and you say your friend has it too?
I would suggest that you see a dermatologist immediately to have your condition diagnosed. I would also suggest you do not pop them. If you do, they can easily become infected. Good luck!
I have those things too i think, from the way you described them, and so does my friend. Well, I really hate them but my doctor said they are just dry skin and it goes aways when you get older. You should just use A LOT of lotion.
