ok, any salicylic acid cream or gel should help. if you don't have that at home try this...mix 1 tablespoon of white ginger with 1 tablespoon of white tumeric and just enough water to make a paste. apply and let dry, flake it off and repeat the process until you have used it all. it brings the pimple to the surface for easy extraction and reduces redness.

use ultra clearsil...it wud work......or if ur pimple has grown fully den.....use garnier pure..!!
