well it's not a syphilitic chancre coz syphilitic chancres are not expressible that's for sure..and also not painful, it could be an infected hair follicle or sebaceous gland..if it didn't resolve soon consult a dermatologistIs a small, roundish, pimple like thing that secretes a cloudy liquid when squeezed a ';chancre'; ?
It could be a pimple, an ingrown hair, or a sore from an STD. Your best bet is to go to a clinic and get it checked out. Better safe than sorry!
