What to do with this pimple?

Hi. I have this big pimple on my nose. It's probably filled with pus but I'm not popping it because every pimple I've popped have left scars on my nose (I get a lot there unfortunately.) While washing my face with oxy pads, I accidentally bursted it slightly and blood and pus is coming out VERY slowly on one end. I'm applying tissue on it so no scab forms but should i just leave it like that or should I do something? Thanks.What to do with this pimple?
Dab the mixture made by combining 1 tsp fresh coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder on the pimple, while going to bed in the night and wash it off when you wake up the next morning.

When that used to happen to me I'd use another oxy pad and pressed it down against the pimple. I thought that while the pimple was open I could get some medicine into the pimple and the bloodstream. This is going to hurt, but I also use to apply some product with AHA on it, it's an exfoliator. You can also buy some Mederma and apply it after you clean the area. Mederma is an anti-scarring cream.This seemed to work for me but we all have different skins. Good luck!
Saltwater will dry it out. Popping shouldn't leave scars unless you pick at it afterward.
