Wash your face with acne cleanser every day. I like Biore's Ice Cleanser.
Anytime that I get a pimple or zit on my face I put just a dab of toothpaste on it, and it dries it up overnight. I read that in a magazine somewhere, and I thought that it was stupid, but I tried it, and it actually worked! And whatever you do, do NOT try to pop it. It can leave acne scarring, and it can just make it redder.

Wash your face so it doesnt hurt as much, make sure its really wet though.
Then squeeze it. It might hurt but it makes it go away.

This is what you have to do!- definetly DO NOT PUT TOOTHPASTE ON IT! it may work for some people but for many it leaves a nasty brown scab. i am 14 and am having my problems with pimples but i am controlling them by using the Clean and Clear Acne kit.
however, if your not ready to go out and buy a whole kit this is what you need to do! WHEN YOU GET OUT OF THE SHOWER RUN SOME HOT WATER IN THE SINK AS HOT AS YOU CAN GET IT (MAKE SURE STEAM IS COMING OFF IT) AND PUT YOUR FACE DOWN IN THE SINK NEAR THE WATER AND PUT A TOWEL OVER YOUR HEAD SO THE HEAT DOESNT ESCAPE AND STAY THERE FOR 3-4 MINUTES. THIS WILL OPEN UP YOUR PORES. NOW USE A FACIAL ACNE SCRUB SUCH AS A CLEAN AND CLEAR PRODUCT AND WASH YOUR FACE WITH THIS.
You can find acne face wash at almost every drug store,walgreens, or CVS (where i get mine). Since your pores will now be open from the heat the face wash will work sooo much better becuase it can get down in your pimple and really get working. i suggest something with salicylic acid (better for a more sensitive skin) or benzoil peroxide. I like the first one.
Also try a face mosturizer with some saliclic acid so that it will prevent dry skin while adding a touch of acne treatment. Do everything i say and that pimple should be gone in no time!
OH! AND MY TRICK TO COVERING UP ACNE IS GOING TO A DRUG STORE AND BUYING ';LIQUIMAT ACNE TREATMENT AND COVERUP'' dries the pimples right up... or a simple make up cover up from CVS tho not as affective

Just use hot water and mosturizing soaps and lotions that have no oil in them on your face every day. Or you can use some of the Acne Free kits if it gets to bad but you should also use some things with face beads for your skin to get rid of the oils. And also make sure not to touch your face a lot because that will make it break out even more. You should also not squeeze it because it can cause scars but if you do get scars Acne Free can get rid of them.
