Since this question is in dining out, I would say...
Don't eat deep fried food. Stay away from red meat. Drink lots of water.
Clean your face often so the oil doesn't clog your pores.
Don't touch your face with your hand unless it's clean.
toothpaste will dry it out, visine if it is red.
try Vaseline, but whatever you do don't squeeze it
