i had this ';pimple'; form 2 years ago .. it didnt quite develop i guess and then now its a squishy lump . its the same colour as the rest of my skin .. what is it and how can i get rid of it ?Old pimple turned into a lump ?

Best thing to do is go to a Dermotologist and let them look at it. I t may be some kind of cyst or tumor that needs to be removed before it could turn into skin cancer.
run very fast (faster than the old pimple)
..........but dont turn your head
It could be cancerous so I would go to the doctor and get it checked out.
