Hey laser technique is a gud option...but peeling is a better one
Consult some gud doctor he/she can prescribe you with chemical peeling (imported ones only) Thats really effective... take 4-6 sittings n all ur scars will vanish.....but consult your doctor first because he/she will tell you which type of peeling will suit u and how much concentration. It is much much safer than laser techniq.........
I also had very bad scars on my face and it really worked...Its effective. Only get it done from experts. do not look at saving money. I don't know which part of the the world you stay, Otherwise would have suggested accordingly.
