I've had this pimple next to my nose for more than a month now, what do I do?

At one time, a tiny white head formed, and I tried to pop it, but I failed...then it became a monster





it has gone down a lot, but there is still a lump there next to my nose...it hasn't come to a head since, so ther'es no way to pop it....what the hell can I do?I've had this pimple next to my nose for more than a month now, what do I do?
