you can put crushed up aspirin or Pepto-Bismol on the pimple and either one will dry it out and it wil eventually go away. I think the asprin would work faster, though.

Your best bet would be to go to a dermatologist and get a prescription. Even if you just have one pimple now, you could keep the prescription and have it when you get future pimples. Otherwise, i would recommend buying the highest percentage of Benzoyl Peroxide cream/gel from the pharmacy that you can get without a prescription. Then put it on your pimple at least twice a day. It will still probably take about 2 weeks to start to go away ...but you may get lucky and have it go away sooner....at least it won't keep getting bigger. Be careful though, because Benzoyl Peroxide can bleach -- so don't get it on your clothes or towels. Hope that this helps.
